Job Title: Travel Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to identify and engage with group trip vendors, pitch our platform, and onboard vendors for success.

You will be responsible for handling customer queries via various channels, recommending suitable group trips based on customer preferences, and assisting with booking processes and customer concerns.

Your primary goal will be to work towards ambitious trip booking and revenue goals, coordinate with the marketing team on promotions, and analyze conversion funnels to recommend improvements.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors, gather feedback for continuous improvement, and liaise with internal teams to align on goals and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in travel sales or B2B partnerships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with a passion for travel and a growth mindset
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Excel
