Partner-Designate – Policy & Strategy Advisory (Infrastructure & Public Sector)

We are assisting a leading infrastructure & advisory group in hiring a Senior Leader to establish and scale a new Policy & Strategy Advisory vertical .

This is a founding leadership opportunity for someone who wants to create national-level impact in areas like infrastructure policy, sustainability, digital transformation, and public-private partnerships.

Build a new vertical from the ground up with full ownership

Policy advisory work that links directly to real on-ground implementation

Backed by a strong infrastructure platform with existing government & donor relationships

Ideal background

15–25 years in consulting, advisory, or public-sector program delivery

Strong expertise in PPPs, infrastructure policy, ESG, smart cities, or large-scale reforms

Well-established network within government bodies, agencies, and multilateral donors (World Bank, ADB, etc.)

Proven ability to win and deliver high-impact mandates

Comfort with government processes, tenders, and multi-stakeholder alignment
