International Events Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Events Sales Manager to join our team at WEECE Entertainment And Events Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities in the events industry.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that involves working closely with clients, prospects, and internal teams to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the events industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Clients Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Territory Management: Manage a designated territory to ensure maximum coverage and penetration of new and existing clients.
- Educational Background: Minimum graduation, MBA preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the events industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Software Skills: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
The salary for this position is estimated to be ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
