We are seeking highly motivated and customer-centric professionals to fill the role of Telesales Executives. In this capacity, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and driving sales through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide detailed product information and services to customers.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions about their insurance needs by offering expert advice.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Experience: 0-4 years in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- The ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively is crucial.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills are necessary.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are required.
- A High School Diploma and Bachelor&aposs degree are preferred but not mandatory.
