We're seeking a seasoned Principal Design Engineer to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional looking to take ownership of the complete system development cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-speed communication protocol-based solutions that meet industry standards.
  • Create and implement RTL designs, coding, and execute industry-standard design flows.
  • Develop IPs for high-speed protocols such as Ethernet, PON, OTN and integrate them into the overall system design.
  • Establish test bench architecture and test plans for functional verification of the IPs.
  • Execute FPGA design flow, set timing constraints, and fix timing issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and validate solutions on hardware kits.

Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in digital design, preferably in the field of high-speed communication protocols.
  • Strong understanding of RTL design, coding, and industry-standard design flows.
  • Experience with developing IPs for high-speed protocols such as Ethernet, PON, OTN.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
