The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to lead our finance department. The ideal candidate will be a master of financial management within a private limited manufacturing setup. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who is not only an expert in financial analysis but also a technical wizard with SAP Business One and SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Manage and oversee all daily accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, and Inventory Accounting.
  • Expertise: Serve as the company's subject matter expert on all financial matters. Ensure accurate and timely filing of all financial returns, handle reconciliations, and manage any audits or queries.
  • SAP Business One & SQL: Take ownership of the finance module in SAP B1. Utilize advanced SQL skills to develop custom financial reports, create complex queries, and work directly with the SAP backend to extract and analyze data.
  • Closing & Reporting: Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. Prepare and present accurate financial statements and management reports in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
  • Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory regulations, including TDS, TCS, Provident Fund, ESI, and other requirements under the Companies Act.
  • Audits & Controls: Act as the primary point of contact for statutory and internal auditors. Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and develop the financial team to foster a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
