Job Title: Financial Executive

This role is responsible for managing financial operations, including financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and cost control.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements and reports to headquarters.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Annual budgeting process for manufacturing operations, including capital expenditure planning.
  • Cost Control & Optimization: Implement and maintain robust cost accounting systems and processes.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with production and operations teams to understand financial implications of manufacturing activities.
  • Audit Coordination: Act as a point of contact for external auditors.
  • Banking & Treasury: Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate records of all cash transactions.
  • Annual Statutory & Financial Reporting: Liaise with external auditor and ROC consultants to ensure the timely completion of statutory audit, and ROC filings under the Companies Act and Income Tax Act.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (CA, CA Inter, MBA) preferred.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role with exposure to headquarter reporting.
