The Role:

You'll work directly with the Founder on high-impact projects across strategy, marketing, growth, and operations.

This is an entrepreneurial apprenticeship where you'll get to experience the challenges and thrill of building a consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Founder in developing strategic initiatives, marketing campaigns, growth strategies, operational processes, partnerships, and fundraising efforts.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend studies to inform RawRX's direction.
  • Assist in preparing business decks, reports, and investor materials.
  • Coordinate with teams to track progress and drive execution.
  • Identify bottlenecks early and propose innovative solutions.

Essential Skills:

  • A current student or recent graduate eager to learn by doing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication—clear, sharp, and confident.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: curious, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in uncertainty.
  • Passionate about wellness, startups, and consumer brands.
