Job Description

We are seeking a Senior IT Recruiter (Only Female) with 3+ years of experience in IT hiring, convincing, salary negotiation, and sourcing.

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruitment process for various positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Proactively identify and source qualified candidates using online job boards, social media, referrals, and industry associations.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and assess their alignment with our company culture and requirements.
  • Utilize assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' technical skills, behavioral competencies, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing pipelines of potential candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.
  • Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse candidate pool.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling various positions across different levels and functions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, interviewing methodologies, and assessment tools.
  • Good communication skills (Hindi and English), with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.
  • Strong negotiation and offer management skills.
  • High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
