About the Job

We are seeking a Senior Executive – Business Internal Control to join our team in Noida. This role involves close coordination with Process and Control Owners to ensure timely performance of various tasks, including walkthroughs, process understanding, and risk identification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Close coordination with Process and Control Owners to ensure timely performance of various tasks.
  • Walkthroughs in different processes to ensure compliance with Group Standards & Policies.
  • Process understanding and documentation to identify possible risks.
  • Preparation and improvement of Risk Control Matrix to mitigate various risks.
  • Identification of IT Dependencies and testing of controls.
  • Timely updation of documentation in GRC Software.
  • Anticipation of issues that may impact deadlines and agreement on remediation Action Plans.
  • Supporting the IC Manager in various related activities.

This role provides an opportunity for a successful and highly motivated candidate to further evolve in the combined Group. You will need to gain a clear understanding of our Business processes, establish credibility, and build good working relationships with your line Manager and the wider organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years' experience.
  • Well-versed in Process documentation and Process walkthrough.
  • End-to-End understanding of F&A (AP, AR, Reconciliation process).
  • Good communication, analytical, comprehension, and people handling skills.
  • Thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task.
  • Flexibility to work during peak business periods.
  • Prior Audit-related experience in design and testing of Controls, CA/IPCC/ACCA will have added advantage.
  • ITGC, SOX experience will be an added advantage.
