We are a global engineering and technology company with a clear vision to accelerate the energy transition. Our Global Business Services (GBS) organization plays a key role in executing this strategy by standardizing processes and centralizing services.

As a Talent Acquisition Process Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle of our business unit, from sourcing to conversion. You will establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers, review requisitions, post job openings, source candidates, screen and interview them, and provide timely feedback to applicants.

You will also be responsible for proactively building a talent pipeline of highly skilled resources, managing candidate relationships, and creating monthly and quarterly analysis reports for senior business HR leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in EPC hiring, preferably from the oil and gas industry
  • Knowledge of ATS software (Taleo, ORC, Workday) is a plus
  • Good exposure in recruitment from entry-level to senior-level management
  • Understanding of recruiting metrics and SLAs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
