Job Opportunity:


We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Process Lead to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Noida, reporting directly to the TA Manager at GBS.


About the Role:



  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle of the business unit, from sourcing to conversion.
  • Establish relationships with hiring managers to understand their business and recruitment needs.
  • Manage recruitment activities, including requisition review, posting, sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Focus on effective networking methods to reach potential candidates.
  • Build a talent pipeline of highly skilled resources.
  • Manage candidate relationships and provide timely feedback.
  • Update requisitions in the ATS tool and ensure trackers are up to date.
  • Create analysis and reports for senior business HR leadership.

About You:


We invite you to apply if you have a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in an HR or Business related field and a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in EPC hiring, preferably from the oil and gas industry.


We are looking for someone with knowledge of ATS software, good exposure in recruitment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.


We value strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and documenting skills, and the ability to work well independently and within a team.
