Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling various positions across different levels and functions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, interviewing methodologies, and assessment tools.
- Good communication skills (Hindi and English), both written and verbal, for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.
- Strong negotiation and offer management skills.
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment process for various positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Proactively identify and source qualified candidates using various channels, including online job boards, social media, referrals, and industry associations.
- Conduct in-depth interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and assess their alignment with the company's culture and requirements.
- Utilize various assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' technical skills, behavioral competencies, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing pipeline of potential candidates.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.
- Contribute to the development and execution of diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse candidate pool.
