    • Oversight of full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.">

    • Foster positive employee relations by promoting effective communication, conflict resolution, and a respectful work environment.">
    • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in compliance with company policies and labor laws.">

    • Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.">

  • Training and Development:">
    • Identify training and development needs, design and deliver training programs, and facilitate employee skill enhancement and career growth.">

    • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.">

  • Compliance and Reporting:">
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.">
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.">
    • Prepare and submit required HR reports and documentation.">

Requirements:">
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.">
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.">
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in India.">
  • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.">
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration and experience designing and implementing relevant programs.">
  • Familiarity with HR systems and software for data management and reporting.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.">
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information.">
