Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering effective HR strategies and programs that drive business outcomes.

  • Implement performance management systems and define KPIs for performance reviews and appraisals
  • Policy Development
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs based on annual operating plans
  • Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Discuss employees' career development paths with managers
  • HR Metrics
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive HR decision-making and improve processes
  • Collaboration
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals
  • Organize continues learning and development programs for the teams
  • Address employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner
  • Drive regular employee engagement and retention efforts
  • Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies
  • Encourage employee participation and contribution to the growth and well-being of the organization

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven 4+ years of work experience as a HR Manager or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems, PMS and ATS)
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, and high-growth work environment
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Minimum of a Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Personnel Management
