Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Expert to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the successful delivery of consulting engagements by working closely with client stakeholders and business users across various teams throughout a project's lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to gather and document solution requirements. They will also be responsible for designing solutions, modeling and configuring e-commerce data structures and business processes, collecting and loading product data, defining test scripts and acceptance criteria, managing and communicating requirement, design and priority changes, and facilitating defect tracking and prioritization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews to gather required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements for developing requirement documentation.
  • Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting cost-effective e-commerce system requirements and procedures that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Offer consultation services to clients on omni-channel-specific business topics, including product catalog modeling, inventory management, customer service, b2b customer management, b2b procurement, demand generation, promotion strategy, cross-channel commerce, and more.
  • Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope to clients and delivery team members.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned work and communicate status if task delivery dates are at risk.
  • Collaborate with other project delivery team members to resolve business or systems issues.
  • Understand e-commerce data structures, collect product catalogue data from clients, manipulate data for import into eCommerce systems, identify data gaps, and perform product data imports into eCommerce systems.
  • Provide system demonstrations and training to clients.
  • Develop test plans, write manual/automated test scripts, and define acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality project deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in general IT business analysis coming from the E-commerce domain.
  • 2-3 years implementing Hybris Commerce.
  • Concrete understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision.
  • Experience with global service delivery models.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
