Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled ERP solutions expert to lead the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central Core.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in End-to-End implementation of SuccessFactors EC Core, Time Off & Timesheet.
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to Core HR and experience in leading a team for EC implementation projects.
  • Able to conduct workshops independently to understand business requirements and run demos for customers.
  • Expertise in EC configuration skills, including data models, foundation objects, MDF objects, associations, propagations, position management, business rules, people profiles, UI configurations, workflows, notifications, HRIS sync, custom portlets, RBPs, and reporting.
  • Ability to provide and validate whether the EC solution is compatible with business requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-directed, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge in integration within SF modules like ONB, Recruitment, and LMS.
  • Additional expertise in SAP HR module is highly valued.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in End-to-End implementation of SuccessFactors EC Core.
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to Core HR.
  • Leadership experience in team management for EC implementation projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English language.
