Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Techno-Functional Consultant. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and customizing technical solutions in Infor XA to translate functional specifications.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to identify business needs and develop effective solutions to meet those needs. You will also provide expert-level support to users across all ERP XA modules, ensuring that they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Your expertise in SQL queries and performance fine-tuning will be instrumental in optimizing system performance and resolving issues efficiently. Additionally, your knowledge of IDF framework, COM, Inventory management, Purchasing, Production monitoring and control, Master scheduling, MRP, Ecommerce, supply chain and manufacturing execution will enable you to make informed decisions and drive business growth.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years of technical experience with good knowledge on Synon code development tool.
  • An excellent understanding of Control Language & OS/400 commands.
  • In-depth knowledge on RPG, CL, ILE, SQLRPGLE, SQL/400, Query/400, DB2/400, DFU, IBM job Schedulers/ROBOT, Debugging concepts and other AS/400 utilities.
  • Exposure to SFTP Process, MQ Series, XCOM, and working with XML files.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing and strong customer interaction skills.
  • Strong analytical, good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coach and mentor other developers and analysts on best practices and development fundamentals.
