About the Role:
  • We are seeking an expert to import customer data into the Odoo system, perform comprehensive cleansing and validation processes, and analyze and transform customer data using Excel and other tools.
  • The successful candidate will conduct thorough quality assurance checks on imported data, troubleshoot any issues that may arise, and maintain documentation of import procedures and data mapping processes.
Key Responsibilities:

  3. Maintain documentation of import procedures and data mapping processes.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and business rules.
  5. Stay up-to-date with Odoo module version updates and identify changes affecting e-learning functionality.
  6. Update and maintain scripts for Odoo modules based on agreed plans.
  7. Develop comprehensive video tutorials demonstrating script processes and procedures.
  8. Produce marketing-ready video content showcasing module updates and improvements.
  9. Support the marketing team with technical content for promotional materials.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in Odoo ERP (functional consulting or implementation).
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Experience in data import/export functionality and database management.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex data issues.
  • Video recording/editing skills for tutorial creation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Odoo certification or formal training (preferred).
  • Experience in e-learning systems or instructional design (advantageous).
  • Knowledge of SQL and version control systems (Git).
  • Understanding of cross-industry business processes.
