Technical Leader

We are seeking an experienced Technical Leader to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will lead the development of our Agent Platform.

This is a unique opportunity to create a reliable and scalable foundation for our AI products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and Build: Design, develop, and operate the foundational backend services that form the backbone of our platform.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship through exemplary code and thoughtful code reviews.
  • Take ownership of complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
  • Tackle challenging technical issues in distributed computing, large-scale data processing, and overall system architecture.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of designing and building complex systems.
  • Deep expertise in backend development, including system architecture, data modeling, and API design.
  • A strong bias for action and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C++).
  • Experience with modern cloud infrastructure (e.g., Google Cloud, Docker/Kubernetes, Postgres).
