Job Opportunity

The Director, Program Management position plays a key role in driving cross-functional alignment across multiple initiatives by maintaining the Integrated Workplan and facilitating planning workshops.

This strategic role requires building strong relationships with markets and initiatives to support GBS growth initiatives. The Director will work closely with Integrated PMO governance team members to manage risks to program delivery.

  • Maintain an integrated program workplan tailored to different audiences.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with initiative representatives to ensure plan accuracy.
  • Standardize forecasting of resource needs across markets.
  • Identify and communicate strategic insights from integrated plans to optimize timelines and resourcing.
  • Support preparation and facilitation of planning workshops to align program strategy with market needs.
  • Raise potential dependencies, risks, or issues through appropriate governance channels.
  • Socialize integrated plans with forums for validation and awareness.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate between Integrated PMO, initiative project teams, Transformation Management Office, and horizontal capabilities.
  • Introduce team members to Integrated PMO ways of working and standards.
