Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced data access governance specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring authorization policies to enforce fine-grained data access controls.

The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to refine access policies and ensure alignment with governance standards. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments are essential.

Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and configuring authorization policies to enforce fine-grained data access controls; integrating access control solutions with CRM platforms, cloud data warehouses, APIs, reporting tools, and AI/ML models; supporting the rollout of region- and country-specific access rules, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements; collaborating with data, engineering, and business stakeholders to refine access policies and ensure alignment with governance standards; and ensuring data access governance supports privacy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess strong background in data governance, access management, and compliance frameworks; hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake); understanding of enterprise integrations (APIs, applications, notification systems, and reporting pipelines); experience working in Agile teams with JIRA Cloud and Align for project tracking and planning; and strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Candidates with experience implementing regional or country-specific data access policies in global enterprises; exposure to commerce or supply chain data governance; familiarity with security and authorization models such as RBAC, ABAC, and Zero Trust are also encouraged to apply.
