Senior Digital Marketing Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven senior digital program manager to lead our marketing operations team. As the lead for digital traffic control, this individual will oversee the program management for the planning, execution, and delivery of programs across website operations, email marketing, and SEO initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Program Management: Oversee the management of website updates, email marketing campaigns, and SEO initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and analytics teams, to align efforts and ensure seamless execution.
- Process Optimization: Implement and refine workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness across digital marketing programs.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor program performance using data-driven metrics and analytics, preparing comprehensive reports and presentations to share insights, challenges, and successes with leadership.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in marketing or project management, either in an agency or internal position, with expertise in project management theory and best practices.
- A bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and governance skills, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing operations.
