Site Operations Manager

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily construction activities in alignment with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor work sites to guarantee adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and practices to create a secure working environment for all personnel.
  • Coordinate resources effectively by collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers.
  • Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and make informed decisions regarding construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.
  • Address unexpected issues promptly and offer practical solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure excellent client communication, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing their concerns.
  • Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Requirements:

  • Degree: BTech/ BE Civil Engineering
  • Experience: Fresher
  • Proficiency in construction management.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
