Job Opportunity: Site Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Architect to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that architectural designs are flawlessly translated on-site, maintaining the high standards of quality and design.
  • Key responsibilities include acting as the on-site custodian of design, monitoring construction teams, conducting site inspections, tracking progress, and raising flags on quality or design deviations.
  • The Site Architect will also be required to coordinate with internal design teams, project managers, structural and MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.

  • The Site Architect will support the preparation of detailed drawings and on-site modifications when needed, ensuring compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
  • Maintaining accurate site documentation including design changes, approvals, snag lists, and daily reports is essential.
  • Quality benchmarking and snagging of completed works prior to handover is also a key responsibility.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
  • Construction and technical skills at site-level are also required.
  • Experience working on contour sites is preferred, as is having 5+ years of relevant experience with strong exposure to on-site architectural execution ideally in premium residential or hospitality projects.
