Cafeteria Operations Manager

The Site Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily cafeteria/site functions, maintaining efficiency, and delivering superior customer experiences.
This key position oversees all aspects of site operations, including vendor staff management, food preparation, service timelines, portion control, presentation, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure seamless execution of services according to established SOPs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with food vendors, coordinate logistics, and maintain positive working dynamics.
- Customer Experience: Foster strong relationships with clients, address concerns, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to guarantee adherence to quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in cafeteria, hospitality, or food service operations.
- Possession of a Graduate degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Familiarity with POS machines and basic technology applications is necessary.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts if required.
- Fundamental knowledge of food safety and hygiene norms is crucial.
