Job Summary

This role involves strategic alliance management, focusing on partnerships with industry leaders like Microsoft and AWS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, partner programs, or sales support.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage partnership portals, ensuring seamless access controls, opportunity tracking, customer engagements, certifications, and content updates.
  • Coordinate enablement and ongoing training programs for partners to ensure their success.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units and stakeholders to align strategies and resolve operational gaps.
  • Monitor and report on alliance performance, tracking metrics such as pipeline, certifications, engagement, and revenue impact.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across partner operations, tools, and workflows to enhance program scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to develop go-to-market strategies and co-branded initiatives.
  • Drive executive summaries to showcase alliance progress and strategic alignment.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Total experience of 8-10 years in IT Sales Support function with 5+ years of relevant experience in alliance management, partner programs, or business operations.
  • Direct experience working with strategic alliances like Microsoft and/or AWS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft and AWS partner ecosystems, portals, and certification programs.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of co-sell motions and joint go-to-market strategy development.
