As a retail leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's retail business strategy, driving growth and profitability. Your expertise in retail management, franchise relations, property negotiations, and market analysis will be instrumental in making informed decisions that impact the bottom line.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage franchise operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational excellence.
  • Negotiate and finalize property lease agreements and franchise contracts, leveraging your strong background in retail market trends and customer behavior.
  • Oversee day-to-day retail operations across all stores, implementing policies, SOPs, and compliance standards to drive sales and profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage regional/store managers and retail teams, fostering a customer-centric culture and promoting employee development.
  • Develop and execute retail expansion strategies, setting performance benchmarks and regularly reviewing KPIs to ensure business success.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in retail operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, showcasing exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong background in franchise management and property acquisition, with expertise in retail market trends and customer behavior.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive multi-location operations with efficiency and proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and retail management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field, demonstrating a deep understanding of retail market trends and customer behavior.
  • Proven track record of success in retail leadership roles, with a strong network of industry connections and partnerships.
