Responsibilities

  • Operational Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with Brand's retail objectives to achieve targets.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall efficiency. Take ownership and championing of all Systems, Processes, Policies and Business ensuring adherence.
  • Revenue Strategy: Analyze markets trends and identify newer business propositions for expanding new stores. Map the current Market Situation, Benchmark with Competition to identify gaps.
  • Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the store operations team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensure team members are trained and equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards. Implement and monitor loss prevention measures.
  • Technology Integration: Leverage technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency, including point-of-sale systems, inventory management tools, and other relevant technologies.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve the effectiveness of business operations.
  • Customer Delight: Focus on creating seamless processes and a customer-centric approach to enhance overall customer experience.
