Retail Operations Manager

The key objective of this role is to drive the retail business forward, ensuring high performance, profitability, and growth. This position involves overseeing all aspects of retail operations, including franchise management, store expansion, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Franchise Management:
- Lead the evaluation and selection process for new properties and locations to expand the retail footprint.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize franchise operations and ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Retail Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day retail operations across multiple stores, focusing on efficient processes and customer satisfaction.
- Establish and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and compliance standards to maintain a high level of service quality.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor regional/store managers and retail teams to achieve exceptional performance and results.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of competitors.
- Develop and execute retail expansion strategies to maximize market share and revenue growth.
- Financial & Performance Management:
- Monitor and analyze sales data, cost optimization, and profitability to inform strategic decisions.
- Establish performance benchmarks and regularly review KPIs to measure success.
