Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Baramati Agro Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales within the food or FMCG industry, specifically with frozen products.

About the Role:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding and maintaining sales in both general trade (retail) and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) channels. This involves developing and executing effective sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Performance:

  • Track sales performance, forecast sales trends, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, focusing on long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the assigned territory and create plans to penetrate key accounts.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients, presenting product offerings and promotional deals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales within the food or FMCG industry, ideally with frozen products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
