Business Intelligence Lead

This role involves leading a team of Business Intelligence Professionals to transform information and data into actionable insights for operations leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and keep stakeholders informed about trends.
  • Identify gaps in metrics and trends within data sets.
  • Resolve cash-related escalations and global issues with Operations and Clients.
  • Explore new use cases for statistical modeling and automation.
  • Provide reports and metrics to clients and C-suite executives for analysis and automation.
  • Manage reporting activities for key business metrics for internal and external customers.
People Management:
  • Enhance employee performance through tracking, feedback, and coaching.
  • Monitor attrition rates within the team and prevent probable exits.
  • Foster an engaged and motivated workforce through recognition and reward mechanisms.
  • Develop the skills of the BI team through continuous training and skill development workshops.
Client Management:
  • Schedule regular collaboration meetings with the team and update Operations processes.
  • Negotiate with client leadership to resolve their business requirements.
Financial Management:
  • Continuously identify and execute report automation opportunities.
  • Support automation of medium complexity processes.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • A postgraduate degree in Business Administration/Analytics/Engineering or Statistics is preferred.
Role Prerequisites:
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of overall experience is required.
  • A relevant experience of 5+ years in US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is essential.
Functional Competencies:
  • Strong numerical aptitude and excel spreadsheet skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of RCM functions.
  • Experience and knowledge of Project Management are desirable.
