Job Summary:

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering commercial value through data analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop insights that inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex analytical models to drive business insights
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform innovation and improvement

Requirements:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in retail analytics or related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics, or related field
  • Expertise in SQL, MS-Excel, Power BI, or other visualization tools
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and influencing skills
