Senior Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of business intelligence solutions using the Microsoft BI stack. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with MSBI technologies, data modeling, and analytics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop business intelligence solutions using Microsoft BI tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Develop data models and ETL processes to support reporting and analytics.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Ensure data integrity, performance, and security in business intelligence solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an MSBI Consultant or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in MSBI tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) and Power BI.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
