Finance Manager Role Overview

You will be involved in:

  • End-to-end accounting management to ensure accurate financial records
  • Overseeing operations in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, Payroll
  • Managing compliances related to the company, including TDS, GST, Internal Audit, Stat and tax Audit, ITR Filling, Secretarial matters
  • Finalizing Trial Balances and provisions on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Providing clear visibility through dashboards, MIS, financial statements for Statutory Reporting and Internal Reporting of yearly, quarterly, and monthly financials to various stakeholders
  • Forecasting cash flow positions, borrowing needs, and available funds for expense and investment
  • Managing external stakeholders, partners, and agencies
  • Actively participating in audits and liaising with auditors to ensure smooth and timely processes
  • Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Supporting the management in fund raises with requisite data, analysis, and due diligence

This role requires a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of experience in similar roles with small-medium sized companies or Technology Start-ups.
