Job Title:

Junior Accountant – IT/Software

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Junior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting entries, vendor invoices, and reconciliations with accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, preferably in the IT/software export industry. Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books (mandatory) is required, as well as basic understanding of TDS payment, Softex filing, and GST compliance in IT/ITES export business.

Responsibilities include recording daily accounting entries, managing vendor invoices and payment tracking, and assisting in TDS payment, Softex filing, and GST under senior accountant's guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or commerce.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books (mandatory).
  • Exposure to QuickBooks and automated vendor payment tools is an added advantage.
