About the Role

This is a full-time remote role for an Oracle Fusion Financials Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA modules.

You will work directly with clients to gather business requirements, drive solutioning sessions, and provide recommendations for business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support.
  • Work with clients to gather business requirements and provide recommendations for business process improvements.
  • Define systems strategy and lead fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and user training.
  • Manage multiple task assignments and demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience as a functional resource.
  • 4+ years of experience implementing combinations of Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), and Fixed Assets (FA).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel).
