Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HCM implementations, with a focus on hire to retire cycle, talent management, and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design configurations, and test implementations.
  • Develop and implement business processes and data flows within HCM Cloud.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Identify and resolve complex functional issues and interact with clients to address specific work efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in HCM, with a strong focus on talent management and benefits administration.
  • Expert working experience in at least one of the following modules: OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, or Security.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with clients.
  • Good leadership capabilities, with planning and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with domestic or international travel for short and long durations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and organizational awareness.
