Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze and document complex business requirements for Oracle Fusion modules.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis to identify areas requiring configuration, customization or process optimization.
  • Design scalable solutions aligned with Oracle standards.

Configuration and Implementation:

  • Configure Oracle Fusion modules according to approved designs.
  • Lead or participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.
  • Collaborate with developers, consultants and project managers in cross-functional teams.

Technical Development and Integration:

  • Develop custom extensions using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle ADF and Visual Builder Cloud Service.
  • Integrate Oracle Fusion with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and File-Based Data Import.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and execute test scripts for unit, SIT and UAT.
  • Support user testing, resolve defects and ensure go-live readiness.

Support and Maintenance:

  • Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
  • Assist in month-end and quarter-end closing activities for relevant modules.

Mentorship and Leadership:

  • Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant.
