Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization as an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and develop solutions, including writing simple OTL fast formulas.
  • Complete Functional User Testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, and project teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities. Experience in design, implementation, configuration, and support of OTL functionalities is essential.
