Plant Leadership Opportunity

  • Drive manufacturing excellence as a Plant Director, overseeing profit and loss responsibilities.

The successful candidate will lead the growth strategy in this high-visibility role, fostering a culture of safety and performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute greenfield project execution from construction to commissioning and operational readiness.
  • Manage manufacturing operations, including production, engineering, maintenance, utilities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure process excellence, environmental health, and safety compliance, as well as world-class quality standards across all functions.
  • Develop and lead plant-wide functions, including procurement, supply chain, accounts, finance, and human resources.
  • Establish robust cost, productivity, and efficiency frameworks aligned with global benchmarks.
  • Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team.
  • Interface with global leadership to align plant strategy with corporate goals and ensure best practice adoption.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance with local, state, and global environmental, labor, and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory); Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 18 years of leadership experience in chemical manufacturing, with at least 5 years in greenfield or brownfield plant setup.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and scaling operations globally.
  • Strong understanding of industrial chemicals, process safety, lean manufacturing, and strategic procurement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
