Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud Lead Job Description

Transform the manufacturing domain by spearheading Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and Omni Studio projects, guiding teams, and delivering impactful solutions.

This leadership role involves architecting scalable Salesforce solutions for Manufacturing Cloud with a focus on Sales Agreements, Account-Based Forecasting, and CRM analytics. The position requires overseeing the design and implementation of Omni Scripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, and Velocity Cards to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, it involves leading Salesforce implementations, including discovery, design, development, deployment, and post-go-live support, as well as providing technical guidance and mentorship to developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Solution Design: Develop scalable Salesforce solutions for Manufacturing Cloud that align with business objectives.
  • Omniproduct Leadership: Oversee the design and implementation of Omniproducts to improve operational efficiency.
  • End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead Salesforce implementations from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Team Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing Salesforce and related technologies.
  • At least 2 years of experience in solutioning and designing applications on Salesforce and related technologies.
  • Excellent programming skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform and suite of Salesforce products.
  • Ability to design and provide solutions using out-of-the-box features and custom development tools.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, including Sales Agreements, Account-Based Forecasting, and Revenue Recognition.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Omni Studio tools: Omni Scripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, and Velocity Cards.
  • Strong integration skills: REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and middleware tools like MuleSoft and Informatica.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, including platform security, performance optimization, and governance.
  • Proven experience in solution design, effort estimation, and work breakdown for assigned tasks to support Agile practices.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • A good work ethic, passion for product quality, and attention to detail.
