Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, develop, and maintain the core components of our internal developer platform. This senior-level role requires a strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.

The ideal candidate will have experience with infrastructure-as-code tools and containerization technologies, as well as a proven track record of designing and developing APIs, tools, and infrastructure to support our internal developer platform.

  • Design and develop APIs, tools, and infrastructure to support our internal developer platform.
  • Build self-service capabilities that enable developers to provision infrastructure, deploy applications, and manage their environments independently.
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Develop and maintain golden paths for common development tasks, ensuring consistency and best practices.
  • Contribute to the overall architecture and design of our cloud infrastructure.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in software development, infrastructure engineering, or a related role. They will also have a strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies, as well as experience with infrastructure-as-code tools and containerization technologies.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
