Operational Transformation Specialist

As a senior consultant, you will lead the delivery effort on various projects, playing a critical role in every aspect of the consulting engagement. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that drive operational efficiency and profitability improvement.
The position involves building relationships with client stakeholders by helping them manage and resolve complex issues, conducting interviews to assess current state, and analyzing data to create project deliverables. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, draft RFPs, and support suppliers during bid evaluation and selection.
You will work with teams in both the US and India, based in our Bangalore office (currently remote). The ideal candidate has 1-4 years of prior experience in a consulting firm or industry, specifically within operations, supply-chain, and/or procurement.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a proven ability to adapt to change
- Proven problem-solving and time management ability
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and utilize presentation and interpersonal skills daily
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite: including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
