Lead Store Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Store Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of store operations, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement store operation strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage store operations teams to ensure effective execution of store plans and procedures.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor store performance and provide coaching and feedback to store managers.
  • Collaborate with central merchandising team to optimize stock levels and drive sales.
  • Analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in retail operations management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
