This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of an emerging EV leader as a Business Development Director for Electric Vehicle Sales.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Building, managing, and nurturing dealership relationships

- Implementing CRM tools and systems to enhance customer acquisition and retention
In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with branding and product positioning.
You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Gravton Motors offers a competitive salary range of ₹18-25 lakhs per annum based on location and experience.
