Job Description

As a Sales Professional, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience. You will welcome customers, guide them through the store, and support them in finding what they need while showcasing our products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sharing fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey.
  • Ensuring the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
  • Supporting with opening and closing of the store.
  • Representing oneself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
