Principal Stat Programmer Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our statistical programming team. This role requires a strong background in SAS and other software, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

About the Role

The Principal Stat Programmer will be responsible for developing custom programming code, managing multiple projects, and acting as a technical leader for the team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing summary tables, data listings, graphs, and derived datasets using SAS or other software.
  • Ensuring outputs meet quality standards and project requirements.
  • Performing validation programming and collaborating with project teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Managing scheduling and time constraints across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in programming, a strong understanding of CDISC Standards, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive programming experience in SAS or other required software.
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of CDISC Standards for regulatory agency requirements.
  • Experience with submissions to a regulatory agency is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
