
Customer Service Coordinator

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring seamless communication with guests and stakeholders. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including receiving and transferring calls.
- Maintain day-to-day admin work, including canteen, housekeeping, security, and HR tasks.
- Prepare data related to HR and admin, such as OT and canteen details.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required.
- Document scanning, printing, and filing.
- Arrange appointments, activities, and schedules.
- Front office supplies and inventory maintenance.
- Guest management and visitor management.
The ideal candidate will possess a high level of organizational skill and attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Courier management involves daily courier entry registration and sending to parties. Couriers are distributed to individuals and records are maintained. Monthly courier invoices are checked, and issues are resolved as needed.
Library management includes maintaining a register of library books and issuing them. Reminders are sent after due dates, and employees are motivated to read books.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in administration, reception, or similar roles.
- Proficient in English communication (speaking and writing).
