Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the coordination of initiatives across all operational states, ensuring seamless execution and service delivery.
  • Lead the management of 34 mobile medical units, including staffing, logistics, supply chain, and technology integration.
  • Cultivate partnerships with local NGOs, hospital teams, and community stakeholders to provide telemedicine services in rural areas.

Strategic Planning & Expansion:

  • Develop annual strategic plans aligned with community outreach objectives, identifying new regions for service expansion and building partnerships with local health departments and NGOs.
  • Support proposal writing and program design for new projects under CSR collaborations.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting:

  • Establish monitoring and evaluation systems to assess service quality, coverage, and impact.
  • Prepare and present reports on program performance, patient data, outcomes, and operational highlights.

Team Leadership & Training:

  • Supervise regional coordinators, MMU teams, and telemedicine staff, organizing training sessions for capacity building and skills development.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, state health departments, and donor agencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience managing multilocation healthcare programs.
  • Excellent knowledge of primary healthcare systems, mobile medical operations, and public health in India.
  • Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and digital health tools.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working in large-scale mobile health units or public-private partnerships.

Travel Requirement:

  • Extensive travel across operational states to monitor, support, and audit field operations.
